Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be bid is as follows: The Project consists of the installation of approximately 6,855 Linear Feet (LF) of eight-inch (8-inch) High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sanitary sewer force main via Cut and Lay Installation, and approximately 100 LF of eight-inch (8-inch) HDPE sanitary sewer force main and twelve-inch (12-inch) casing pipe via Jack-and-Bore Installation. The project will also consist of the installation of three (3) in-line force main air release valves and an abandonment of an existing sanitary sewer manhole. The allotted time for construction is 60 calendar days. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to re-advertise.
