Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Any bid sent by Fedex or similar company shall be sent to Cleveland Utilities, Attention: Philip Luce, 2435 Guthrie Drive, N.W., Cleveland, TN, 37312. Bids can also be emailed to pluce@clevelandutilities.com. The Project consists of the removal, recoating, and reinstallation of Spiral Lift Pump No. 205. Contractor is fully responsible for making sure sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities by the closing date and time. Any bid emailed should be verified that it has been received by contacting Philip Luce at 423-478-9388. Contractors are required to comply with TCA 62-6-119 as outlined in the Information to Bidders. The allotted time for construction is to be 90 consecutive calendar days. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Philip Luce. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy.
