Site work for a mixed-use development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The City of Moncton requires the services of a professional, qualified, and experienced contractor to renovate a portion of existing trails in Mapleton Park and remove an existing bridge. The renovation will raise the trails in low areas making them less prone to damage from flooding of nearby Halls Creek, as indicated in the attached Drawings. The project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Installation of culverts and drainage work, 2. Raising of the trail, 3. Installation of benches and concrete pads, 4. Topsoil and hydroseed or sod restoration, 5. Relocation of furniture and signage, 6. Tree Planting, 7. Existing bridge demolition, 8. Other work as outlined in the drawings and specifications. Tender documents may only be obtained through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) (http://www.gnb.ca/tenders), or from the City of Moncton's Purchasing Department. Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender directly from the NBON or the City of Moncton's Purchasing Department are eligible to submit a Tender at this time.
