The Heritage Park Parking Lot Resurfacing project includes the rehabilitation and widening of the existing parking lot at Heritage Park along Frisk Drive in Ankeny, Iowa. The project also consists of earthwork, PCC curb and gutter, driveway replacement, painted pavement markings, pipe culvert installation, erosion control, surface restoration, and other associated work generally located within the Heritage Park parking lot. The improvements include milling of approximately 1,120 SY of existing HMA pavement, 245 SY of 4-inch depth HMA base widening, approximately 155 tons of 2-inch depth HMA surface course, placement of 610 LF of 2.5-width PCC curb and gutter section, 120 SY of 6-inch depth HMA driveway, subgrade preparation, pavement removal, traffic control, pavement markings, erosion control, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project.
