Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Modernization of 48 Avenue from 43 Street to 46 Street. Work consists of the removal & replacement of the existing water main; replacement of the existing VCT sanitary main with PVC; addition of storm water main with catch basins; replacement of existing property services and removal of existing road structure and concrete. Other work to include right-of-way improvements; construction of a road cross section along the north and south side of 48 Ave from the west side of 46 Street to the east side of 43 Street. TIMELINE: Design has been completed. Project is currently not included in the owner's 5-year capital plan. Tender and construction schedules to be determined. *Construction budget is $1.5 million.
