The successful proponent will be expected to provide general engineering services for the Town of Sylvan related to: Development Related Services Developer supplied Engineered Drawing Reviews, Developer supplied Study Reviews, Developer supplied Model Reviews, Review of development cost estimates and securities, Inspections on developer related issues or concerns, Field inspections of development sites for Construction Completion and Final Acceptance Certificates. Transportation Related Services Functional Planning Studies, Estimating / Budgeting related to the Town's Capital and Operating Projects, Traffic Counts / Traffic Signal Warrants, Traffic Modelling including additions and updates to existing models: VISUM 20 transportation planning software (three: Existing, 15-Year, 25-Year), Syncro 10 to analyze Intersections, Sidra 8.0 to analyze Roundabouts. Utility Related Services Feasibility Studies, Concept / Preliminary Design related to the Town's Capital and Operating Projects, Estimating / Budgeting related to the Town's Capital and Operating Projects, Water / Sanitary / Storm Modelling including additions and updates to existing models: Existing Water System Model (WaterCAD), Unidirectional Flushing Program (WaterCAD), Wastewater Models (three in PCSWWM), Stormwater Models (five in PCSWWM). Miscellaneous Review Studies / Projects including surveys / design services / reports, Provide support with the assessment, managing, and maintaining of existing Town owned infrastructure, Provide support with the creation and updating of Town documents, Provide professional opinion and support on all engineering matters as requested from time to time.
