The major items of work include: A. Smoke testing of sanitary sewer lines. B. Cleaning and televising of sanitary sewer lines. Bidder shall complete one or both proposals in accordance with their interest and present bids, bonds and any other supplementary information individually. In the event both proposals are filled, two bid packages shall be submitted in full. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Texas National Municipal Utility District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. All Question Must be Submitted by Friday 22, May 2020 at 12:00 pm
