Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Sappington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a 112,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 159,900-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

BSI Constructors has been selected to provide pricing for Phase 2 of the Lindbergh High Schools new additions and renovations. The project consists of; 152,000 sf All New (4) Level Bldg. in the center of their existing campus (Noted as Bldgs. #3 & #4) 112,000 sf New (4) Level additions to existing campus bldgs. (Noted as Bldgs. #5 & #11) 107,000 sf Heavy (3) Level Renovation (Noted as Bldgs. #6 & #7) 134,000 sf Light (2) Level Renovation (Noted as Bldgs. #1, #2, #8, #9, & #10) Anticipate construction will begin midsummer 2020 with completion scheduled for August 18, 2023. The additional cost, as a percentage, for the bond shall be identified with the proposal. Bidders will also need to identify their aggregate bonding capacity and the availability of bonding capacity to bond this project. BSI Constructors will take into consideration the price, the completeness of the bidders submittal, the bidders skill, ability, responsibility, experience, capacity, financial strength, schedule, efficiency, and any other factors deemed appropriate when making the contract awards. Successful bidders will be offered a BSI subcontract. A copy is available upon request. No alterations to the subcontract will be allowed. Each subcontractor will be bound to the same terms that the Owner has required of BSI in the Owner-BSI contract agreement.
