Lindbergh Schools, St. Louis County Mo., acting by and through the Board of Education, will receive sealed bids for HVAC Commissioning for Lindbergh High School construction project. The Commissioning Authority will provide an objective view of the system; installation, operation, and performance. This process will enhance the quality of system start- up and aid in the orderly transfer of systems. The purpose of the Commissioning process is to provide Lindbergh Schools, owner of the Lindbergh High School with a higher level of assurance that the systems have been installed in the prescribed manner and will operate within the performance guidelines. The Commissioning Authority (CxA) will provide Lindbergh Schools an unbiased, objective view of the systems' installation, operation, and performance. This process is not to take away or reduce the responsibility of the system designers or installing Contractors to provide a finished product. It is not intended to be an additional or redundant testing/inspection function but will enhance the quality of system start-up and aid in the orderly transfer of systems to beneficial use by Lindbergh Schools. Lindbergh High School Additions and Renovations which includes construction of a new state-ofthe art, flexible learning space that will connect existing facilities, in addition to extensive renovations and abatement across the campus. Portions of the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems were procured under separate contract with Weigmann. The Weigmann contract is the contract that is being commissioned. A.
