Facility Renovation, Improvements & Repairs at the Long Island National Cemetery for the National Cemetery Administration (NCA). NCA will be issuing a solicitation for construction services at the Long Island National Cemetery, 2040 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY 11735 The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 June 2020 with the bid opening on or about 27 July 2020. Dissemination of the solicitation will be limited to electronic medium. The construction work involved contains renovations, repairs and improvements at the Long Island National Cemetery. Work will include but is not limited to; re-grading cemetery spoils, storm water improvements, curbs, gutters, & asphalt paving. Temporary office facilities, steel buildings, interior & exterior building renovations, concrete flatwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and chain link fencing. Job may include possible remediation of hazardous materials. There will be ONE pre-bid conference/site walk-through conducted for this project and all prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend.
