The Work under this Contract shall consist of coordination of equipment, labor and materials for construction of paving projects at up to four (4) separate locations within the County System. Each location has specific requirements including dates for construction, guidelines for site/construction limits and coordination with Owner's representative to maintain public access during construction. Prospective bidders should thoroughly review bid documents for specific information. The Work shall include: a. Traffic and erosion control b. Preparation/Construction of subgrade (varies at each site) c. Pavement applications (varies at each site) d. Reconstruction of aggregate campsite parking pads e. Site grading- rough and finish f. Construction of concrete (varies at each site) g. Site restoration- topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and erosion mat h. Pavement Marking A Pre-Bid meeting is not scheduled for this project. Bidders and sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid documents shall submit a written request to Waukesha County Guest Services at parksinfo@waukeshacounty. gov no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2020.
