Grass Restoration Bidder's Proof of Responsibility for 2019 is required on this bid. Proof of Responsibility forms are available from the Engineering & Development Department located on the 1st floor of the Menomonee Falls Village Hall, W156 N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin 53051 or the Village of Menomonee Falls and must be filed with the Director of Engineering & Development by the 15th day of February, 2019.
