If bidding $200,000 or more, bidders must be prequalified in accordance with the Special Provision for Prequalification of Bidders contained in this Proposal for: Work Type 5 - Asphalt Concrete Pavement. Project Number 018-251, 044-251, 045-251, 025-253, 034-253, 037N-253, 037S-253, 042-253 & 050-253 PC# I62T, I62U, I62V, I62W, I62X, I62Y, I63A, I63C & I Project Location Aurora, Brule, Charles Mix, Douglas, Gregory, Hutchinson, Miner & Sanborn Counties If You Submit a Bid for These Projects, a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bank Draft Will Be Required for Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Total Amount of the Bid. If an Electronic Bid Bond is Used, the Contractor is Required to Submit the Bid Bond Identification Number With the Bid. Except for the Lowest Bidder on the Project, All Guarantees Will Be Returned Immediately Following the Receipt and Checking of All Bids. The Successful Bidder Will Furnish a Performance Bond in a Sum Equal to the Full Amount of the Contract, Prior to Contract Award. Therefore, Please Provide the Performance Bond as Soon as Possible After Letting. The Performance Bond Will Not Be Returned for One (1) Year After the Completion of the Projects.
