CONTRACT #1 - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SCOPE OF WORK General Construction: Exterior concrete walls, foundations and slabs, pre-engineered metal building and metal roofing, cold formed metal framing, steel joists and metal deck, roof membrane and rigid insulation, asphalt shingles, concrete masonry units, split faced CMU, face brick, metal studs and gypsum wall board/sheathing, spray insulation, metal stairs, steel railings, automatic entrances, sectional doors, teller windows, aluminum entrance and storefront, aluminum windows, fire stopping, acoustical lay in ceilings, painting, laminate casework, tile carpeting and vinyl sheet and tile flooring. Site Work: Asphalt and concrete work, concrete curbing, crack fill, seal and re-stripe, fence and cantilever lift gate installation, grading, seeding, storm and sanitary line installation. Retention Pond - addition/modification to existing pond. Plumbing Work: Includes new fixtures and associated piping to serve individual restrooms and clinic sink. Work will also include natural gas piping from new regulator to each new gas fired packaged rooftop units and radiant tube heaters. HVAC Work: Includes new gas fired packaged rooftop units serving offices, conference rooms, and reception spaces. Electric unit heater serving storage. Exhaust fans for restroom and storage ventilation. New gas fired radiant tube heaters serving storage building. Retrofitting existing gas fired rooftop unit with VVT controls. All controls associated with mechanical equipment. Electrical Work: Electrical Work consist of power and lighting system, technology and access control rough-ins, fire alarm system, connections to mechanical equipment and related work. Technology Work: Work to include the addition of horizontal technology cabling and technology room fittings in various areas as directed. This scope encompasses all three buildings. CONTRACT #2 - ACCESS CONTROL / PA SCOPE OF WORK Technology Work: Work to include: Access control system expansion & upgrade and the complete replacement of existing paging & central sound system.
