Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bowling Green, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for the demolition of a parking garage; parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of July 29 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work will consist of demolition of an existing garage and wood deck, construction of a new composite wood deck, a new concrete patio and sidewalks, and new asphalt parking area All Requests for Information (RFI) and questions are to be e-mailed to l.stough@stougharchitects.com . The bid guaranty may be of two forms: 1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) 2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Wood County Commissioners, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. If the contract is awarded a Contract Bond will be required, which is a one hundred percent (100%) payment and performance bond. Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and time, or not accompanied by a satisfactory bid bond or check, will neither be read nor considered. The Board of Developmental Disabilities may reject any or all of the bids. The Board of Developmental Disabilities reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid that do not affect or destroy competitive bidding.
