Site work and new construction of a civil project in Thompson, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for the construction of a new water treatment building, water treatment equipment, electrical, chemical feed and all miscellaneous work as indicated by the contract documents. This work is located at the corner of 1st Avenue and Highway 9. Work shall commence upon the issuance of a written notice to proceed. Work shall be substantially complete by no later than October 30, 2021. All work shall be completed and ready for final acceptance by November 30, 2021. Substantial completion is defined as follows: All work is complete except for finish grading of turf restoration areas, seeding and minor clean up
