Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Center Point, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a wastewater treatment plant.
As of May 12, 2021 project was awarded to Staab Construction Corp. for $7,787,000. The start date was not yet determine but should be completed on October 2022. The extent of the work consists of construction of a new Main Lift Station, headworks, Aero-Mod wastewater treatment plant, operations building, UV disinfection, North Lift Station, and Wakema Lift Station within the City of Center Point, Iowa. The City of Center Point, hereinafter called the "Jurisdiction", has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements: City of Center Point WWTP, Project No. 19-715 Work in general consists of construction of a new Main Lift Station, headworks, Aero-Mod wastewater treatment plant, operations building, UV disinfection, North Lift Station, and Wakema Lift Station within the City of Center Point, Iowa.
