Site work for a water / sewer project in Center Point, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will consist of installing approximately 1,150 feet of 8-inch DIP water main along Lewis Access Road in Center Point, Iowa. Work will involve the placement of new water main, connection to the existing system, abandoning deteriorated water main, service line connections and related subsidiary and incidental work. Contractor shall fully complete in 20 working days with a late start date of November 7, 2022. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $600.00 per Working Day will be assessed for each Working Day that any work shall remain uncompleted beyond the number of Working Days allowed. The City of Center Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
