**The project was awarded to Landwehr Construction $2,773,714.05.** The Project consists of constructing 5,000 lf open cut watermain, 2,000 LF sanitary sewer, 7,000 LF storm sewer, 93,000 SY bituminous paving, 3,000 LF curb and gutter, and 30,000 SF concrete sidewalk. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described. Bidding Documents also may be examined at online; at the office of the Lake Lillian City Clerk/Treasurer at 531 Lakeview Street, Lake Lillian, MN, Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.; or may be purchased online at electronically for $40. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "Bollig Inc". Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
