Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Buffalo, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,500-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Three new 10,500 square foot skilled nursing cottages on the Veterans' Home of Wyoming campus in Buffalo, Wyoming. The cottages feature 12 resident rooms with private toilet / shower facilities, a central living room, dining room and resident kitchen functions. Support spaces include a spa, office, pantry, storage, and other ancillary spaces. A full crawlspace facilitates mechanical and electrical systems. The total site development for the project is approximately 7.4 acres. Site development includes site utilities, grading, exterior patios, asphalt drives and parking lots, concrete sidewalks, ADA accessible parking spaces and ramps. Landscaping, irrigation, and site amenities are also included. Estimated Project Completion date is: May 2, 2022 A bid security of 10% of the total Bid Price will be required of all Bidders. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond of the accepted bid will also be required. Any additional information or questions concerning the work shall be referred to this representative for clarification or approval. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidders, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
