Project Location: From Buffalo, Wyoming, travel west on US Hwy #16 for approximately 12.8 miles. The project begins 120 feet from the junction of US 16 and NFSR 19. Junction coordinates: 44 18' 55.56" N, -106 56' 18.12" W.
