Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Buffalo, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,200-square-foot parking garage; for the construction of a 3,600-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of November 2, 2023 this project was awarded to Klondike Construction with the awarded amount of $443,997.60 The Buffalo Senior Center will receive sealed bids for Buffalo Senior Center Garage Project . These improvements are generally described as follows: Remove and replace existing garage structure with a new post-frame building at the same location, including demo, site work, and building construction. Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of Wyoming State Statute. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to the Buffalo Senior Center, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner.
