The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Veterans Home Remodel in Buffalo, WY. Project Description: CMAR services to provide comprehensive preconstruction services and the possibility of construction management services for the remodel of the existing Veterans Home to include, but not limited to, demolition of 14,335 SF existing space, 39,777 SF of new construction, and remodel of approximately 61,531 SF existing space. Selection will be in accordance with Wyoming Law (W.S. 9-23-101 through 9-23-105) and Federal Regulations. Firms must also comply with W.S. 33-4-101 through 33-4-117 and 33-29-401 through 33-29-602. This is not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. Responding proposers may be invited to submit proposals pending the outcome of this request for qualifications.
