As of July 6, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the early design phase. It is anticipated bidding and construction will start in 2025. The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the required services to submit proposals for design and engineering services for construction plans and specifications associated with the future construction of a grade-separated pedestrian and bicycle crossing below Camino Del Rio (US Hwy 550) near 12th Street in Durango, CO. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City of Durango. *The contact Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. will not accept phone call inquiries at this time.
