Site work and paving for a road / highway in Durango, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Durango invites interested, qualified firms and Design Teams, capable of providing the required services to submit proposals for a traffic study and engineered corridor designs for the future reconstruction and expansion of the roadway described below. The corridor of concern for this project begins at the Hwy 550/160 and River Road intersection and runs to the southern extent of the La Posta Area near the CR 213 and Wheeler Road intersection (hereinafter referred to as the La Posta Road Corridor). The corridor consists of approximately 2.6 miles of roadway. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City of Durango. This project is being bid in accordance with the City of Durango Purchasing Policy. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
