The City of Durango Colorado, by and through its Financial Services Department, is accepting proposals from qualified firms and contractors for construction services of the following project: River City Hall Re-Roof. The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required products and services, to submit bids for inspection, and replacement of the existing roofing system over River City Hall, located at 1235 Camino Del Ro in Durango, Colorado. The roof that is being replaced is approximately 14,850 sq.ft. Bid shall include the provision of all material, labor, equipment, trash removal, insurance, and incidentals required for such installation. Buyers Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % A. The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes. B. The Selected firm must have or obtain a current City of Durango Business License upon award of this project. C. The Selected Firm must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.) upon award of the project. D. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in proposals, and to accept the proposal deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City. The City cannot accept late or emailed proposals. It is your responsibility to verify that your proposal was received. Proposals received after the specified closing date will not be reviewed.
