Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to fabricate, deliver, and install the SprayApplied Polyurethane Foam Air Barrier for the Rockingham YDC project located at 424 Elliot Road, Reidsville, NC 27230. Sprayed Applied Polyurethane Foam shall be performed in accordance with the included NCDPS Sprayed Applied Polyurethane Foam Scope of work document and in accordance with the included NCDPS Contract Drawings and Contract Specifications Dated March 03, 2020. Any scope of work-related questions, clarifications, or assumptions made that would change the drawings or specifications shall be submitted during the bid package review period. Responses to pre-bid scope of work-related questions, clarifications, or assumptions will be issued in an addendum so that all bidders have an opportunity to review Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 90 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the Form of Proposal provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. Form of Proposals with scope clarification letters attached will be automatically disqualified. The bid opening will also be available at 2020 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC 27699, by contacting Scott Smith at (919)324-1245 scott.smith@ncdps.gov at least 2 business days prior to bid opening so that a room of adequate size can be reserved to allow for social distancing.
