Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The City Council of the City of Raleigh reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The City of Raleigh prohibits discrimination in any manner on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, or sexual orientation and will pursue an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting and conducting business with women and minority owned business enterprises. Bidders must certify that they do not and will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on a basis of race, color, creed or national origin, and so certify with the form included in the Proposal. This project involves Federal FTA funding and associated requirements. This includes the DBE participation, Buy America, and Davis Bacon Act provisions. The City of Raleigh, Transit Division has an established goal of (13%) for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation for this Project. Bidders are required to solicit disadvantaged businesses to participate on the project. More information for the NCDOT DBE Program and directory of firms is available at electronically. All questions must be submitted by email by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 2, 2021 to IBI Group, Attention: Tasha Hicks at tasha.hicks@ibigroup.com. Written responses to bidder's questions in the form of addenda will be posted to the IPS website by 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 5, 2021. **The potential construction costs are less than $1,000,000. **
