No hard copies shall be submitted. The project scope replaces the chiller, installed in 1998, at Lee Hall. The building is a 187,700 gross square foot, 10-story residence hall. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Minority contractors are encouraged to participate in the bidding process.
