Renovation of a civil project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Raleigh Public Utilities Department (CORPUD) is soliciting bids for removing the E.M. Johnson WTP - 605 Pump Station and E.B. Bain - Pumping Station ballasted EPDM roof membrane and replace it with fully adhered Polyvinyl-Chloride (PVC) roofing membrane. The description of work, which follows, is not all inclusive in listing the work. The description is abbreviated to provide a summary of the scope of the project to aid in the understanding and coordination. The Contractor shall refer to the applicable sections of these specifications for detailed description of the work involved and refer to the contract drawings for the division of work indicated thereon. 1. EM Johnson Water Treatment Plan Pump Station Roof Replacement a. Remove existing ballasted EPDM roof membrane and replace it with fully adhered PVC membrane. 2. E.B. Bain Water Treatment Plant Re-Pump Station Roof Replacement a.
