2020 Storm Sewer Repair / Rehabilitation Project - 4040921

Site work and paving for a civil project in Warrington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project involves improvements to existing storm drainage facilities within Warrington Village and The Fairways Sections in Warrington Township. The work to be performed under this Contract includes the replacement of various quantities of 15, 24, 30, and 36 CMP with HDPE pipe and the replacement of CMP. All construction will occur within Township roads and rights-of-way and will involve restoration of pavement and unimproved areas, and provision for all erosion and sedimentation control. In addition to the Base Contract work, the Township will consider potential Alternate/Add-On items that may be included, generally consisting of repairs of 18, 21, 36 and 42 CMP and the replacement of 75 linear feet of 18" CMP and 72 linear feet of 21" CMP with HDPE. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total Bid Amount made payable to the Township. The work to be performed under this Contract includes the replacement of approximately 76 linear feet of 15” CMP with 15” HDPE; the replacement of 200 linear feet of 24” CMP with 24” HDPE; the replacement of 93 linear feet of 30” CMP with 30” HDPE, the replacement of 94 linear feet of 36” CMP with 36” HDPE; and the replacement of 121 linear feet of 18” x 24” CMP. All construction will occur within Township roads and rights-of-way and will involve restoration of pavement and unimproved areas, and provision for all erosion and sedimentation control.
