The services consist of landscaping and restoration services at various BCWSA locations, including weed control, property clean-up, shrub trimming, and top soil. The contract is for a one-year period with two one-year extensions by mutual agreement between the successful bidder and Authority. If the contract is to be extended, then price increases, if required by contractor, cannot exceed the consumer price index for the Philadelphia region, as set forth in each extension year. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond payable to Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, except as may be permitted by State Law. The successful Bidder must comply with all provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and all revisions thereto. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, in the best interest of the Authority. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/15/2022 12:00 PM
