Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Garden City, Kansas. Working plans call civil work for a fire station.
The new building will be located at the northwest intersection of Schulman Ave. and Jennie Barker Rd, Garden City, KS. The work shall be in accordance with the drawings, specifications and other related contract documents as prepared and issued by The Architect, LLC, Garden City, Kansas. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of Garden City, Kansas. Bids may be held by the City of Garden City, Kansas for a period not to exceed one hundred and twenty (120) days for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The City of Garden City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to accept or reject alternate bid items, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
