Project Location: 3535 E Schulman Ave, Garden City, KS 67846 A new approximately 30,000 sq. ft. fire station for the Garden City Fire Department and Finney County Emergency Medical Services. The building is mostly a single-story slab-on-grade, except for a small second floor area of approximately 3,000 SF. It will sit on 3.99 acres located at the NW corner of Jennie Barker Road and Schulman Avenue in SE Garden City. The City is striving to maintain fiscal responsibility with the project and will work with the selected firm to meet those goals. Current Proposed Project Schedule: Begin Construction: Spring 2023 Substantial Completion: Fall 2024
