Furnish and install all food service equipment as specified (including all labor, supervision, and warranties) with all related items necessary to complete work shown on contract drawings and/or required by specifications dated 2020 March 3. Vendor must receive and store all equipment and deliver directly to the project site at the time of installation. Multiple deliveries will be required. Vendor may receive payment for stored material if it is stored in a secure and bonded facility. Stored materials are subject to inspection by NCDPS at any time. Any scope of work related questions, clarifications, or assumptions made that would change the drawings or specifications shall be submitted during the bid package review period. Responses to pre-bid scope of work related questions, clarifications, or assumptions will be issued in an addendum so that all bidders have an opportunity to review. *Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our mail service hours may be impacted, and it is recommended that an email copy of the bid be sent to angela.dorman@ncdps.gov prior to the bid opening time. Emailed bids will be accepted if received prior to bid opening date and time. The contractor is still required to submit a hard copy, but the hard copy does not need to be received prior to the bid opening date and time if the email copy is received prior to the bid opening date and time. The subject line of an email containing a bid shall be "BID ENCLOSED - C11340". Bids will be held in confidence whether received in the mail or by email No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 90 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the Form of Proposal provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
