Site work for a water / sewer project in Brownton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 14 , 2020 the project was awarded last Tuesday to TMI Coatings at the lump sum cost of $148,700. Start time is TBD, but likely between 4 and 8 weeks. The Project consists of removal and replacement of water tower ladders and accessories, exterior coating, and interior repairs. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the State of Minnesota.
