The work includes notifying the Gopher State One Call Agency of work on the Bakers Lake WMA Access Road Reconstruction, submitting the NPDES SDS Stormwater Construction Permit to the MPCA, providing erosion controls in accordance with the SWPPP, clearing and grubbing designated trees in the roadway construction path, providing a backhoe to remove and replace the existing culvert and tile crossing the roadway, providing excavation and grading equipment for regrading the existing roadbed and roadside ditches to facilitate proper drainage, installing geotextile fabric to separate the underlying soil from the planned aggregate layer, using grading equipment to install aggregate base and aggregate surfacing to design thicknesses, installing the access gate at the WMA entrance, providing seeding and mulch to meet NPDES permitting requirements, removing temporary erosion controls after turf establishment, and submitting a Notice of Termination of the NPDES permit.
