The McLeod County Housing and Redevelopment Authority will accept bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the project listed above including all associated work required to repair roofing, replace shingles, replace siding and other miscellaneous repairs as shown in bid documents. It is the McLeod County Housing and Redevelopment Authority's intention to award one single prime contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the solicitation for the project listed above based on available funding. If equal low bids are received from responsible bidders, selection shall be made by drawing lots. Project must be completed by July 31, 2025. Payment and Performance Bonds required of selected contractor. The McLeod County Housing and Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
