The city of saint-jérôme wishes to obtain quotes for the following project: Lighting and lighting works for the following sites:
town hall;
prévost house;
rolland amphitheater;
place de la gare;
place des festivités;
cégep de saint-jérôme;
Supply and installation of lighting fixtures and control equipment;
Supply and installation of lighting bases and masts for the places of the station and the festivities;
Supply and installation of bases for the installation of lighting fixtures for trees at cégep de saint-jérôme;
Civil works for the passage of the wiring for the places de la gare and the festivities and the cégep de saint-jérôme. Any question or request for clarification must be sent at least one hundred eighty-twelve (192) hours before the date and time scheduled for receipt of tenders. Guarantees: this submission is subject to warranty clauses (surety). Unsatisfactory performance evaluation: the city of saint-jérôme reserves the right to refuse the bid of a contractor, service provider or supplier who, during the two years preceding the bid opening date , was subject to an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the city. Intergovernmental agreement: this call for tenders is subject to the quebec-ontario trade and cooperation agreement (accqo), the canadian free trade agreement (alec), and the liberation of public markets of quebec and new brunswick (aqnb). Reserve: the city accepts no responsibility for the fact that the written notices or tender documents & addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, with seao, before submitting a tender, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
