Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Design plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 63,125-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade, 25-room educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a new building for the replacement of the Sainte-Thérèse-de-l'Enfant-Jésus elementary school. The new school will house 25 classrooms, a library, a kitchen, two gymnasia, a teachers' room, administrative offices, non-teaching staff offices, as well as required rooms for electrical and mechanical equipment. The scope of the project also includes the demolition of the existing building and required landscaping work following the demolition. TIMELINE: Working drawings are ongoing. Owner is seeking required approvals. Timelines for a tender and construction are not finalized. Further update in spring/summer 2026. Note. The project is included in the list of major project of the Quebec Treasury Board Secretariat under the number 707.
