Reference number : 1792351 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-01-29 Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord is inviting tenders for the for the renovation of the masonry siding Blocks A and C at Polyvalente Saint-Jérôme, located at 535 Rue Filion, Saint-Jérôme J7Z 1J6 The project includes the removal of the existing bollards from the delivery dock and the levelling of the roadway to integrate a system of bumpers/waterproofing cushions. In terms of the building envelope of Block A & Block C, the project aims to rehabilitate the existing siding: including selective demolition, patching of plaster, reinforcement of existing lintels, installation of new lintels, as well as the reconstruction and repair of brick walls, spandrels and metal flashing while ensuring waterproofing.
