TIMELINE: The awarded a team of professional consulting firms for the project design and construction work monitoring has proceed to elaboration of the study of scenarios for the project implementation. Project design is expected to begin after approval of the project scope by the owner anticipated in spring 2024. Timelines of further project development are being finalized. Further update in spring 2024.
