Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Fredonia, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The Work will be performed under a Single Prime Contract with prevailing wage rates. The work must involve MBE and WBE participation as indicated on the ESD Exhibit G: Participation by Minority group members and women with respect to state contracts: requirements and procedures. The successful bidder shall complete and submit the Exhibit G-6 MWBE Utilization Plan. The successful bidder will also assist the Owner in the completion of Exhibit G-5 Request for Waiver including, supporting documentation to substantiate "Good Faith Effort" to promote MWBE participation. This project consists of renovation of the ground- floor toilet rooms, window and exterior door restoration, mechanical upgrades and construction of a marquee and blade sign at Fredonia Opera House located at 9 Church St, Fredonia NY 14063. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Payment procedures and additional requirements are defined in the contract documents. Village of Fredonia reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all bids and to extend the bidding period.
