Renovation of an office development in Fredonia, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Replacement of a 900 square foot +/- wood stage floor within the Rosch Recital Hall on the SUNY Fredonia campus. Associated work includes wood stair repair and floor box cover fabrication. Rosen Recital Hall Stage Floor Replacement All work on this Contract is to be completed by June 23,2025. Note that the deadline for all RFIs is 1:00 PM on May 2. 2025. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
