Site work for a road / highway in Jamestown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The Project consists of installation of vehicular directional signs, pedestrian wayfinding sign systems, concrete foundations for wayfinding sign poles, and new parking meters. Project area bounded by Second Street to the south, Fourth Street to the north, Jefferson Street to the west, and Prendergast Avenue to the east. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids. Proposals are to be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved.
