**As of July 21, 2020, project was awarded to Texas Materials Group, Inc. in the amount of $339,120.05. Burnet County, Texas , through its Purchasing Agent, County Auditor Karin Smith (512-756- 5466), is seeking competitive sealed bids for county road rehabilitation work consisting of hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement level-up and overlay, and pavement markings. The contract shall be Plans Quantity and contractor payment shall be monthly in accordance with procedures established by the Burnet County Auditor. Because of COVID-19 concerns, a Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. If, in the opinion of KCE, there are bidder questions that may materially affect the bidding process, KCE will notify each registered bidder via email with clarifications. A bid security of 5% of the bid amount is required.
