The City of Port Orange is soliciting Sealed Bids to acquiring the services to replace/repair deteriorated and/or undersized corrugated metal storm pipes to improve stormwater conveyance at six (6) locations within the City. All Bidders shall be a Florida Certified Contractor properly registered and licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform the services identified herein and properly registered and licensed to provide the goods or services identified in the scope of work, by all applicable state and local agencies. A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety or a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Port Orange, Florida in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposed bid shall be submitted with each submission. Last day for questions will be June 17, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. All Bidders are required to complete and submit a Public Entity Crime Statement, the Anti-Collusion Statement, and Drug-Free Tie Proposal Preference Statement, as well as other documents as required by the solicitation The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids when such rejection is in the best interest of the City. Substantial Completion Time: Not to exceed Three Hundred & Thirty-Five (335) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Final Completion Time: Thirty (30) calendar days after substantial completion time. Total Completion Time: Not to exceed Three Hundred & Sixty-Five (365) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
