**As of September 17, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of construction of five to six-foot-wide sidewalks along four roadways in the City of Port Orange to address existing sidewalk gaps, as well as to provide improvements such as drainage, crosswalk installation and signage. The project is being funded by a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement Bidders will comply with the Federal Aid Contract Requirements in Exhibit 4. Prime Contractor is to be prequalified in the work class: Sidewalk. There shall be no preference given to Bidders regarding the location of the physical address of the Bidder's place of business. It is the responsibility of the bidder to obtain all addenda's and verify with the project engineer that all addenda's have been received prior to bid submission.
