Renovation of a municipal facility in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovation of 18,000 SF of office space on the 3rd floor at the York Region Administrative Centre. This Project will require the existing office space to be demolished to base building components, which will include the removal of existing partitions, existing finishes, lighting and floor mounted fan coil units and associated components. The newly renovated space shall consist of an open office area and new enclosed offices and meeting rooms, constructed with either or combination of gypsum partitions and/or systems furniture (ie Altos walls by Teknion). A new mechanical system consisting of new low profile, ceiling mounted fan coil units complete with new controls shall be provided in the space along with new sound masking system and new lighting, power and data distribution systems. All new finishes shall include new wall paint, flooring, signage and t-bar ceiling. The Work includes, but is not limited to, Interior Renovations on the 3rd Floor, Blocks A, B & D at the York Region Administrative Centre located at 17250 Yonge Street in the Town of Newmarket.
