Site work for a civil project in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 28,2020 project has not been awarded yet. The principal items of work consist of the following: a. Approximately 150-lineal feet of 16-inch ductile iron water piping connecting existing 16-inch piping near the Valve Building to existing 20-inch storage tank outlet piping. b. One flushing hydrant near the connection to the 20-inch storage tank outlet. c. One 16-inch buried resilient wedge AWWA gate valve at the connection to the 20-inch storage tank outlet. d. Replacement of one 16-inch control valve with one 12-inch electronically actuated butterfly valve. e. Modifications to existing storage tank overflow and water supply piping to the storage tank pressure transmitter. Addenda may be issued during the bid period. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the DropBox and including all addendum-related items and associated costs into the Bid.
